Dancing will be to carefully selected and rated ballroom music at the Petersburg Veterans Memorial Hall Community Center. This is an interesting place. It was build as a gym for returning veterans of the Korean War. It is a Large Quonset Hut. But don’t let that fool you. It was Acoustically Tuned by RPI Students. It was built in the late 1940’s, and it’s about 2700 sq ft. It’s near the intersection of NY Route 22 and US Route 2. And, it is about equidistant for just about everyone – except Springfield (85 minutes with the pedal to the metal). We have a New Bose Professional Sound System (1500 watt). For more information, Tom Trimarchi or call him at 413-822-1600. There is no reason to eat before you come. As is Quintessential Dance’s usually policy the price is all-inclusive (once in you pay for nothing). We provide the usual magic with soups, sandwich makings, fresh fruit, snacks, bottled water, soft drinks, etc. You may bring a bottle of fine wine (BYOB) and dinner if you like. We’ll do the usual magic with soup, sandwich makings, fresh fruit, bottled water, soft drinks, etc. |
