Lucy Dance is a premier dance school based in Oakland, California. Founded in 2015 by Lucy Smith, the school offers high quality classes in ballroom and Latin dance styles. The school offers classes for both adults and children, and provides an opportunity to learn a variety of dance styles, from Waltz and Foxtrot to Cha Cha and Salsa. Classes Offered at Lucy Dance
Lucy Dance offers a variety of classes for both adults and children. The classes are divided into two categories: ballroom and Latin.
Ballroom classes include Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz. Latin classes include Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble, and Salsa.
In addition to the regular classes, Lucy Dance also offers private lessons and workshops. Private lessons are tailored to the individual student’s needs, and can cover anything from basic technique to advanced choreography. Workshops are one-time classes that focus on a specific style or topic.
