Attended lessons for a year and a half after starting with their intro package. Mat was my primary instructor and I really loved how patient he was with me but also always challenging me to the next level. Amy, Lianna, and Emma are also great, you really can’t go wrong with any of them. I started out with zero dance experience and left feeling confident in whatever dancing I do, including just going out and having fun.

I really enjoyed my experience with the Ballroom Institute. I went to the class solo, so don't be shy if you don't already have a dance partner. The instructors are patient and knowledgable. They have a great mix of private lessons, group lessons, and social events. All of the above helped me a ton. I highly recommend for anyone who is interested in learning how to partner dance and just be part of a fun community.

My partner and I bought a Groupon for a few lessons, and we were instantly hooked. Mat’s instructional abilities are incredible, and before long we had hired Alan to choreograph our wedding dance. He did an amazing job, and over the course of 13 lessons, taught us a full swing routine to our favorite song. Our friends and family are still talking about it! Thank y’all so much!!

I bought a Groupon for 2 introductory lessons, 2 group lessons, and 2 group parties. I was glad that I was introduced to the different types of ballroom dancing. Matt, the owner, was my dance instructor and he was very informative and caring. I look forward to attending a group class and practicing more.
