Thank you W New York. This location is excellent to have easy access to all the tourist spots while visiting. The theatre district is extremely close as well. For what I am sure was an extremely busy time with New Years, the staff were so friendly, informative and attentive. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you would imagine and more. Loved the high end toiletries, it really makes a difference to the comfort of a hotel stay. And the pillows and mattress were amazing.

Right in the middle of Times Square! Short distance to Penn, Grand Central stations. Convenient subway ride from 49th Street station right across the street. Well-appointed rooms with modern amenities. Note: the lights from Times Square may be too bright – use the black-out curtains if necessary. Very responsive service to housekeeping requests on the Bonvoy app. Though there are tons of food options, the Mexican restaurant downstairs isn't a bad choice for a quick meal.

Lovely hotel and a perfect spot. Broadway shows were right around the corner. Restaurant is at the bottom. Few complaints… They didn't have room service and they had no refrigerator in the room which was a bummer. The lighting was weird and when the amount you pay it does look like the rooms need some new paint. I totally saw dust everywhere which had me highly concerned if they truly clean these buildings since covid has been out. Nonetheless it was a nice hotel.

Stayed here recently on a 4 night trip to NYC. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful, from the luggage handlers to front desk and the bartenders. Entire place had a very modern vibe. First entrance was a bit confusing but you just have to enter the elevators from the ground floor waterfall lobby and go up to Welcome on 7th. Double elevator system and hotel staff presence made the stay feel safe. Perfect place to call home base while exploring the city!
