For my 34th birthday I decide to do a POLE CLASS girls night. For, starters everyone is pretty much nervous but the way she loosen up the crowd and make you feel comfortable is amazing!!! Let’s get into these CLASS OMG BOMB.com!!!! Great lesson and workout! My party had a great time and not to mention a few ladies went home and practice what they learned ☺️😜It was a great experience so great we brought other classes. I think it’s going to be one of my girls day spots love it!!

Taja is absolutely amazing!!! I have gone to her beginner pole, twerkout, and personal training classes and I recommend all. She does a great job accommodating to the level of the participants in class without making anyone feel uncomfortable or out-of-place. Overall an amazing experience and the most fun I’ve had while getting a work out in! You’ll walk out with a whole new level of confidence ✨

Found this place through groupon and took a pole class. The instructor is really good with people and making them feel comfortable. They have pole class, twerk class, r&b yoga, fitness and more! You can also book your own party with them. The space is enough for about no more than 10 people at a time and privacy to let go and have a great workout. Would highly recommend

My first pole dancing experience and I enjoyed every minute of it. The class takes you out of your comfort zone and challenges you to get in tune w/ your inner sexy. The class last an hour and i’m a slow learner so I wish it lasted longer. lol However, the instructor is great. She’s full of life and down to earth. Overall a great experience.
