Took my first aerial intro classes in February and April now I take hoop and silks every week and they haven’t been able to get rid of me since. I’m about to buy their unlimited pass and take twice as many classes. So much fun, a great workout, and a great environment, I’ve taken multiple classes with different instructors and students and everyone is so encouraging. I’ve brought friends along and they loved taking the classes with me as well. Would highly recommend checking it out. 👍🏼😊

This studio is such a gem in southern Maryland! The instructors are all super supportive and friendly. I can feel myself getting stronger and more confident after every class. I love how body positive everyone is too. This is a wonderful studio to try aerial, pole, yoga, or dance 🙂 can’t recommend enough!

Vertical Dance co. Has been my saving grace for a physical outlet! I am pretty sure that I am "allergic" to going to the gym. This environment is both aesthetically pleasing and calming. The teachers are lovely and very knowledgeable not to mention wonderfully positive in they're instruction.

This is unlike anything we have down in St. Mary's County! It's so much fun and a great workout! Teachers are really kind and explain things thoroughly to make sure you understand before moving on to the next thing. I attend Aerial hammock, Yoga, Aerial yoga, Silks, Belly Dance, and Pole.
