Valley Dance Theatre from Livermore is a ballet school, dance company, dance school, and non-profit organization located in Livermore, California. Founded in 2002, Valley Dance Theatre is dedicated to providing quality dance instruction and performance opportunities to young dancers of all ages and levels. With a commitment to excellence, Valley Dance Theatre offers a wide range of classes and programs, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, modern, and musical theater.

Mission

Valley Dance Theatre is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our students to explore the art of dance. We strive to develop well-rounded dancers who are technically proficient, artistically expressive, and emotionally connected to their art. We believe in the power of dance to transform lives and to build community.

History

Valley Dance Theatre was founded in 2002 by Artistic Director, Amy Trompetter. Amy has been teaching and performing in the Bay Area for over 20 years and is dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment for her students. The school has grown and evolved over the years, and today offers a wide range of classes and programs for students of all ages and levels.

Faculty

Valley Dance Theatre is proud to feature a talented and experienced faculty of professional dancers, teachers, and choreographers. Our faculty is dedicated to providing each student with individualized attention and guidance, helping them to reach their fullest potential.

Classes and Programs

Valley Dance Theatre offers a wide range of classes and programs for students of all ages and levels. Our classes include ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, modern, and musical theater. We also offer a variety of performance opportunities, including our annual Spring Performance and our Summer Intensive.

Community Outreach

Valley Dance Theatre is committed to giving back to the community. We are proud to partner with local organizations to provide free dance classes to underserved youth. We also offer scholarships and discounts to those in need.
