Went to my first pole dancing class and I LOVED IT. The class itself was fun and I enjoyed learning the basics of pole. Shaina also created a very supportive environment for everyone in the class, including myself. This was something out of my usual comfort zone but I never felt judged or out of place! I love starting my days with their mat Pilates. I'm a Crossfit guy who needs the extra flexibility and this is how I get it Monday and Wednesday mornings. One of the few studios that I've been in that has a couple of guys in the classes with me. The instructors have been great scaling the movements for me and now I can do a lot of them as prescribed!

There are SO many wonderful classes. So many new classes starting up. The instructors are wonderful. The other students are wonderful. Todd and Ricardo are wonderful. It is truly a creative and welcoming place for ALL children and adults!

We have taken Ballet lessons here three years now. Every teacher we have had has been well versed in their craft and yet still kept the atmosphere relaxed. We often recommend it to our friends.
