Thr3e Live Dance Complex was founded in 2010 by professional dancer and choreographer, Sarah Woodard. Sarah has been teaching dance for over 20 years and has worked with some of the world’s leading dance companies, including the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, the Martha Graham Dance Company, and the Paul Taylor Dance Company. She is passionate about teaching and inspiring others to explore and express their creativity through dance.

Classes

Thr3e Live Dance Complex offers a wide range of classes for adults and children. Beginner classes are designed to introduce students to the basics of dance and help them build a strong foundation in technique and form. Intermediate classes focus on refining technique and introducing more complex movements. Advanced classes take a more creative approach, allowing students to explore their own unique style and choreography.
