We offer a variety of classes for all ages and levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. Our classes include ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, and more. We also offer a dance hall and dance school for those looking to take their dancing to the next level.

History

The Wilmington School of Ballet and Dance was founded in 1983 by the renowned dancer and choreographer, Steven D. Williams. Since then, we have been providing quality dance instruction to the Wilmington community. We strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all of our students, and to help them reach their full potential as dancers.

Our Mission

The mission of The Wilmington School of Ballet and Dance is to provide the highest quality of dance instruction and performance opportunities to our students. We strive to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere for our students to grow and develop as dancers and individuals. We also strive to foster a sense of community by providing a safe and welcoming environment for all of our students.

Our Faculty

The Wilmington School of Ballet and Dance is proud to have a highly qualified and experienced faculty. Our faculty consists of professional dancers, choreographers, and teachers who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of dance. Our faculty is dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential as dancers and as individuals.

Classes and Programs

The Wilmington School of Ballet and Dance offers a variety of classes and programs for all ages and levels of experience. Our classes include ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, and more. We also offer a dance hall and dance school for those looking to take their dancing to the next level.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer a variety of special programs, such as summer camps, workshops, and master classes. These programs provide our students with the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, and to gain valuable knowledge and experience in the world of dance.

Performance Opportunities

The Wilmington School of Ballet and Dance offers our students the opportunity to perform in a variety of venues. Our students have performed in local theaters, festivals, and competitions, as well as in regional and national events. We strive to provide our students with the opportunity to showcase their talents and to gain valuable performance experience.

Schedule and Contact Information

The Wilmington School of Ballet and Dance is open Monday through Friday from 12-7:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM-12 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
