The Sheahan-Gormley School of Irish Dance is a dance school located in Greenwood Lake, New York, USA. The school specializes in teaching Irish dance to all ages and levels. The school was founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, Kevin Sheahan and Siobhan Gormley. They are both professional Irish dancers and have been teaching Irish dance for over 20 years.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a safe, fun and educational environment for students to learn and experience Irish dance. We strive to create a positive atmosphere where everyone can learn and grow as dancers. We also strive to provide a platform for our students to showcase their talents and develop their skills as Irish dancers.

Our Classes

At the Sheahan-Gormley School of Irish Dance, we offer classes for all ages and levels. We have classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced dancers. Our classes are taught by experienced and qualified instructors who are passionate about Irish dance. We also offer private lessons and workshops for those who are looking to further their Irish dance skills.

Our Performance Team

The Sheahan-Gormley School of Irish Dance also has a performance team. The team is made up of our most advanced dancers and they perform at various events throughout the year. The team performs traditional Irish dances, as well as modern interpretations of Irish dance. The team has won numerous awards and competitions and is a great way for our students to showcase their talents.

Our Facilities

The Sheahan-Gormley School of Irish Dance is located in the American Legion Hall in Greenwood Lake, New York. Our studio is fully equipped with the necessary equipment to teach Irish dance. We have a spacious dance floor, mirrors, barres, and sound system. We also have a comfortable waiting area for parents and guardians.
