The Pointe Dance Arts is a premier dance school located in Birmingham, AL. Founded in 1998, The Pointe Dance Arts has been providing quality dance instruction to the Birmingham area for over 20 years. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for students of all ages to learn and develop their dance skills. We offer a variety of dance classes for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced. Our classes are designed to help our students reach their full potential and become the best dancers they can be.

Classes

At The Pointe Dance Arts, we offer a wide variety of classes for all levels of experience. Our classes include ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, and more. We also offer classes for special events such as weddings, proms, and recitals. Our classes are taught by experienced and certified instructors who are passionate about dance and dedicated to helping our students reach their goals.

Facilities

Our facility is equipped with a spacious and well-maintained dance studio, complete with mirrors, sprung floors, and sound systems. We also have a comfortable lounge area where students can relax and socialize after class. Our facility is also equipped with a changing room and shower area for our students’ convenience.

Events

At The Pointe Dance Arts, we believe in the power of community and strive to provide our students with opportunities to come together and celebrate their love of dance. We host a variety of events throughout the year, including dance showcases, competitions, and workshops. Our events are designed to provide our students with a chance to show off their skills and to connect with other dancers in the community.

Schedule and Contact Information

The Pointe Dance Arts is open Monday through Wednesday from 3-9:30 PM, Thursday from 3-9:30 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM. We are closed on Fridays and Sundays.
