We had a birthday party for 75 people at the Magnolia Room. It was perfect! I had compliments all night about the food and the location. There was ample room for the band and dancing. The manager was so helpful in the planning. The servers were professional and attentive. They even helped carry decorations to car after the party. I was well pleased with my decision to use the Magnolia Room!
Nice! Cozy atmosphere and the food was great, as was the service. However, they need to invest in better chairs for the tables. The folding wooden chairs had very thinly padded covered seats. Quite uncomfortable for me personally. I'm a senior with a bad back! LOL I had a great time though. I really like the atmosphere and would visit again.
I disagree with the published comments about this venue. We had our wedding there and it was fabulous. The owner could not have been nicer and accomadating to our wishes. The food was fabulous. Let's face it, you get what you pay for. If you have a small wedding I could not recommend this place higher.
My wedding was everything that I ever imagined it to be. We got so many compliments on our food choice and the location itself. It is a perfect venue in the heart of midtown and our guests loved it as much as I did.
