Fantastic tap dance instructor – Cheryl Johnson. Builds on the student's strengths. My 8 yr old son actually likes dancing! The theater is beautiful and students perform as a crowning achievement of the semester. The administration also has been responsive and helpful with my questions, and I appreciate that the academic calendar is readily available online.

Hochstein, to me is synomous with music excellence. For several years we've been taking three of our grandkids to 'Orkidstra' – a four concert series through the year with music performed by our very own RPO and themed for children. Each event also includes a craft – today's was Halloween-themed with many in the audience and most on the stage in costume.

I attended hochstein for a couple years as a child. I took trumpet lessons from Nate Rawls who had a ton of patience and excellent instructional skills. My memories of hochstein are all fond and happy. To this day the lessons I received are incorporated into all my musical ventures 😊

Very welcoming and diverse place to be apart of. My music experience here as a kid was the reason why I kept my math scores up in school. As I visited it as an adult. It still offered the same benefits. Glad to see it still being ran graciously.
