The HIVE Dance Center is an established dance school located in Mahopac, New York, providing a comprehensive range of dance classes and services to the local community. Founded by professional dancer and choreographer, Roberta G. Davis, the HIVE Dance Center has been a mainstay of the Mahopac dance community since its inception in 2002.

Our Mission

At the HIVE Dance Center, we are committed to providing quality dance instruction for all ages and levels of experience. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where our students can learn, grow, and express themselves through the art of dance. We believe in the power of dance to bring people together, improve physical and mental health, and foster creativity and confidence.

Dance School

The HIVE Dance Center offers a wide range of classes for students of all ages and abilities. Our classes include ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and musical theater. We also offer private lessons and master classes.

Ballet School

The HIVE Dance Center offers a comprehensive ballet program, with classes for all levels of experience. Our classes focus on the fundamentals of ballet technique, as well as pointe and variations.

Dance Company

The HIVE Dance Company is a professional dance company that performs throughout the year at various venues in the Mahopac area. The company is comprised of talented and experienced dancers from the HIVE Dance Center.

Dance Store

The HIVE Dance Center is also home to a full-service dance store, offering a wide selection of dancewear, shoes, and accessories. Our knowledgeable staff is always available to help you find the perfect item.

Hip Hop Dance Class

The HIVE Dance Center offers a comprehensive hip hop dance class, with classes for all levels of experience. Our classes focus on the fundamentals of hip hop technique, as well as freestyle and choreography.

Our Location

The HIVE Dance Center is conveniently located in Mahopac, New York, at 403 US-6. We are open Monday-Friday from 3:30-9 PM, Saturday from 8:15 AM-2 PM, and closed on Sundays.
