The atmosphere and instructors are very welcoming. The owner is amazing and the sweetest person you'll ever meet. As a student that started without any experience I can honestly say 3 years later I'm hooked. I've learned and grown so much physically from pole dancing that I would recommend anyone to try it. I have become stronger but the best thing about pole dancing is that it is always evolving and you can always learn something new.

Although these past couple months I haven't been able to go due to my schedule I miss this gym. Everytime I see a post on their Instagram I want to go in. The instructors are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. No matter how long I'm gone for they always remember me. They make you feel as if you're part of a family. So if you are considering in going do it you won't regret it!

I LOVE this place! I've come on and off for the past few years and have to say that all the owners through the years and instructors are wonderful! The current owner now (Krystal I believe?) was amazing with dealing with some technical issues I had starting back up after a few years. I sweat and have a BLAST in all the classes and look forward to coming more regularly!

I was there for an unrelated event. BUT from what I could tell. They have very clean facility designed to meet physical and mental therapeutic needs. It's a work out place for women. I'm a dude. It's not the spot for me persay..But some can come here and find a uplifting and positive environment and some one to help them on their journey. They get an easy 5 stars.
