Tampa Bay Highland Dancers is a dance school located in Clearwater, Florida. We offer a variety of classes for all ages and levels of experience. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for our students to learn and grow in the art of Highland Dance. We strive to create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that will help our dancers reach their highest potential.

History

Tampa Bay Highland Dancers was founded in 2019 by former professional dancer and choreographer, Heather Anderson. Heather has been teaching Highland Dance for over 15 years and has been a part of the Highland Dance community for over 20 years. Her passion for the art of Highland Dance is evident in her classes and her dedication to her students.

Classes

At Tampa Bay Highland Dancers, we offer classes for all ages and levels of experience. Our classes range from beginner to advanced and cover a variety of Highland Dance styles. We also offer private lessons for those who want to focus on a specific style or technique.

Events

Tampa Bay Highland Dancers hosts a variety of events throughout the year. We have workshops and classes for all levels of experience as well as performances and competitions for our advanced dancers. We also host socials and other fun activities to help our dancers stay connected and engaged in the Highland Dance community.

Staff

Tampa Bay Highland Dancers is led by Heather Anderson and her team of experienced instructors. Our instructors are passionate about Highland Dance and have years of experience teaching and performing. We strive to provide our students with the best instruction and guidance possible.
