Sukha Arts Center is a dance school, dance company, and yoga studio located in Harrington Park, New Jersey. The center is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the art of dance.

History

Sukha Arts Center was founded in 2009 by the husband and wife team of David and Abigail Smith. David is a professional dancer and choreographer with over 20 years of experience in the dance world. Abigail is a yoga instructor and teacher with over 10 years of experience in the yoga world. Together, they wanted to create a space where dancers of all ages and experience levels could come to learn and grow.

Mission

The mission of Sukha Arts Center is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for dancers of all ages and experience levels to learn and grow in the art of dance. We strive to create a space that is both professional and fun, encouraging our students to reach their full potential.

Classes

Sukha Arts Center offers a variety of classes for all levels of experience. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, and more. We also offer yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Performances

Sukha Arts Center also offers performances throughout the year. We have a professional dance company that performs at various events and festivals. We also offer classes for those interested in performing in our shows.

Facilities

Sukha Arts Center is located in Harrington Park, New Jersey. Our facilities include a large dance studio, a yoga studio, and a lounge area for students to relax and socialize. We also have a full-service snack bar, offering healthy snacks and drinks for our students.

Schedule and Contacts

Sukha Arts Center is open Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM-12 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
