Staff is helpful and friendly. They have a large variety of pointe shoes and take the time to individually fit them. Also, I had heard they make the first-time pointe fitting a fun experience, and we were not disappointed. I would recommend taking your child during the day on a weekday, as I've never had the huge wait time that people talk about.
Fantastic service and expert fitting. The store is open and pleasant, and very inviting. We had the pleasure of working with Catherine (the Great!) who did an amazing job fitting our daughter for pointe shoes. I wish we had made the trip here when she first stated ballet. Take the time, make the trip, it is well worth it!
My daughter and I had the absolute best experience at Suffolk! We went with our studio for my daughter’s first pointe shoes. The staff was so patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Suffolk isn’t close to our house, but we will absolutely be regular shoppers from here on out. Bonus: every part of the store beautiful!
Great experience! My daughter got her first pointe shoes today and her fitter Abby was amazing. She was very thorough and explained the different shoes and brought choices appropriate for my gals foot shape. They have a fabulous selection of dance attire as well! Great boutique!
