Hello, Studio Move classes has become an important part of my personal fitness. The staff is fun and professional. The classes cover almost any goals you may have . The facility is very comfortable and has every convenience. The classes are very personal and the people quickly feel like family. I have never been in as good shape as I am now, thanks to Studio Move!

I am new to Yoga, but that didn't matter. The instructor Lynn is very understanding and great with instruction and helping you get the correct form. It's a great workout and stress reducer! Everyone is very welcoming at StudioMove. It's not a gym, it's a facility that offers a variety of workout options and knowledgeable instructors.

Heated Vinyasa Yoga with Haley Decker (or either instructor, really!) is the best I have taken!! Both instructors take their time to make sure you are getting a great practice! Music is great as well – the 30 minute spinning classes are the perfect amount of time for a spin class – definitely recommended! Love this studio

StudioMOVE has a variety of challenging classes, very friendly and supportive staff, and a clean building full of character and charm. Easy parking and you can always grab coffee or crepes afterwards!
