Studio B School of Dance from Hickory is a professional dance school located in Hickory, North Carolina. Our mission is to provide a quality dance education to our students through a comprehensive program that combines technique, artistry, and creativity. We strive to create an environment of respect and appreciation for the art of dance and to foster a lifelong love of the dance.

History:

Studio B School of Dance from Hickory was established in 2005 by professional dancer and choreographer, Betsy Blythe. Betsy has been teaching and choreographing in the Hickory area for over 25 years and has been an integral part of the dance community. Studio B School of Dance from Hickory is a family-owned and operated business and is dedicated to providing a quality dance education to our students.

Programs:

Studio B School of Dance from Hickory offers a variety of classes for all ages and levels. Our classes include Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Contemporary, and Musical Theater. We also offer a variety of specialty classes such as Acrobatics, Yoga, and Pilates. Our classes are designed to develop technique, artistry, and creativity in each student. We strive to create an environment of respect and appreciation for the art of dance and to foster a lifelong love of the dance.

Our instructors are highly trained professionals who are passionate about dance and committed to helping each student reach their full potential. Events:

Studio B School of Dance from Hickory is proud to offer a variety of events throughout the year. We host workshops, master classes, and performances to give our students the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and to showcase their talents. We also host an annual recital to give our students the chance to perform for family and friends.
