Sterling Academy of Dance is an award-winning dance school located in Mt Sterling, Kentucky. Founded in 2000, Sterling Academy of Dance has become an established dance school with a wide range of classes and programs for all ages and abilities.

Our Mission

At Sterling Academy of Dance, we strive to provide the highest quality of dance instruction in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe that dance can be a powerful tool for building confidence, self-expression, and physical fitness. Our goal is to help each student reach their full potential and develop a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance.

Our Programs

Sterling Academy of Dance offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. We have classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced dancers, as well as classes for special needs students. Our classes include ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, contemporary, and more. We also offer classes in musical theatre, acrobatics, and yoga.

Our Instructors

At Sterling Academy of Dance, we are proud to have a team of experienced and dedicated instructors. Our instructors are highly trained in their respective disciplines and have a passion for teaching. Our instructors are committed to helping each student reach their full potential and develop a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance.

Our Facilities

Sterling Academy of Dance is located in a spacious facility in downtown Mt Sterling. Our facility includes two large dance studios, a state-of-the-art sound system, and a comfortable waiting area. We also have a full-service reception area, dressing rooms, and a small snack bar.

Our Schedule

Sterling Academy of Dance offers classes throughout the week. Our classes are held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday through Thursday, and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. We also offer private lessons and special workshops throughout the year.
