Our Programs

Step 1 Dance & Fitness offers a variety of dance and fitness classes for all levels of experience and ages. We offer classes in a variety of styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, Latin, and ballroom dance. Our fitness classes range from Zumba and yoga to strength and conditioning.
