About St. Paul Ballet

St. Paul Ballet is a non-profit dance school located in St. Paul, Minnesota. Founded in 1993, St. Paul Ballet has been providing quality dance instruction to students of all ages and abilities for over 25 years. Our mission is to foster a love of dance and to promote the art of ballet in our community.

At St. Paul Ballet, we believe in the importance of providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students. Our faculty is comprised of highly trained and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing quality instruction in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. We offer a variety of classes, from beginner to advanced, in a variety of styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and tap.

Classes and Programs

At St. Paul Ballet, we offer a wide variety of classes and programs for students of all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire our students while providing the support and guidance they need to reach their goals.

Our classes are divided into three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each level is designed to help our students progress at their own pace and become more confident in their abilities.

We also offer a variety of specialty classes, including Pre-Ballet, Ballet for Boys, and Ballet for Adults. Our Pre-Ballet classes are designed to introduce young children to the basics of ballet in a fun and nurturing environment. Our Ballet for Boys classes are designed to help boys develop strength, coordination, and confidence. Our Ballet for Adults classes are designed to help adults who are new to ballet or returning to the art form.

In addition to our classes, we also offer a variety of performance opportunities for our students. Our annual performance of The Nutcracker is a beloved tradition in St. Paul, and our students have the opportunity to perform in other local and regional productions.

Facilities and Resources

At St. Paul Ballet, we are committed to providing our students with the best possible facilities and resources. Our facility is equipped with two spacious and well-maintained studios, a changing room, and a lobby.

We also provide our students with a variety of resources, including a library of books and DVDs, an extensive costume collection, and access to a variety of dance-related websites.

Community Outreach

At St. Paul Ballet, we believe in the importance of giving back to our community. We are proud to offer a variety of outreach programs, including free and discounted classes for low-income families, performances at local schools and hospitals, and the annual “Dance for a Difference” fundraiser.

Schedule and Contacts

St. Paul Ballet is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
