I started ballroom dancing with spotlight teachers since 2018 and I don't regret any time or penny spent there 🙂 Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and experienced. I met so many wonderful teachers and dancer. The more I go, the more I dance, the more I learn, so more "a family" they become to me. If you're in the Sacramento/Davis area or even just visiting, Spotlight Ballroom is definitely a place to check, to visit, and to meet cool people 🙂

Spotlight Ballroom provides a welcoming environment to all of its students regardless of their dance experience. Their instructors are super knowledgeable and welcoming. They’re social dances are a great opportunity to practice, meet new people and be exposed to new music and styles of dancing. Regardless of how you learn best, Spotlight Ballroom has the perfect fit for you.

I love this place, and have been going for over a year and a half for ballroom dancing and swing dancing with great experiences! The instructors are great, the lessons have a lot of variety, and the scene is fantastic. I’m partial to Midtown Stomp nights for the chance to dance to swing music, but honestly I give five stars on everything here!

I love coming here on Friday nights for swing dancing. Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are energetic and helpful! At least once a month (often twice a month) they have a live band play which is loads of fun. DJ nights are also great, the DJ's are always nice and eager to take requests. Come join the fun, you won't regret it!!! 🙂
