Southside Ballet Studio is a full-service dance school located in Smithfield, Virginia. Founded in 2012, Southside Ballet Studio is dedicated to providing quality instruction in classical ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and tap for children and adults of all ages and levels. Our mission is to create a supportive and encouraging environment that fosters the development of artistic expression, physical fitness, and self-confidence. We strive to instill a lifelong love of dance in our students and to foster an appreciation for the art form.

Classes & Programs

At Southside Ballet Studio, we offer a variety of classes and programs for children and adults of all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to introduce the basics of ballet and other forms of dance, as well as to provide more advanced instruction for experienced dancers. We also offer performance opportunities for our students, such as our annual recital and other special performances.

Southside Ballet Studio is staffed by a team of highly experienced and dedicated instructors. Our instructors have extensive experience in classical ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and tap. Our instructors are passionate about dance and are committed to providing quality instruction and fostering a love of dance in our students.
