Chante brings good energy, music and queuing to her Extreme Hip Hop Step class. The studio has good lighting and sound. Chante and the other participants were welcoming. I had a fun time getting a good workout and burned over 500 calories in just one of these classes. I also liked that Chante gave modifications for lowers or higher impact so each person could work at their level. I hope to be back again for class in the future.

I freaking LOVE Groov3 and I LOVE Chante! The music is amazing and Chante breaks down the choreo so an old lady like me can figure it out!! I recommend her class to anyone and everyone! 10 out of 10!!
