Shine Dance Company is a dance school located in Setauket- East Setauket, New York. Established in 2000, Shine Dance Company offers a wide range of dance classes for all ages and levels. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun learning environment for our students, and to teach them the joy of dance.

At Shine Dance Company, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn to dance. Our instructors are experienced and qualified to teach all levels of dance, from beginners to advanced. We offer a variety of dance classes, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, and contemporary. We also offer private lessons and group classes for those who want to learn more.

We also offer special classes for children, teens, and adults. Our classes focus on building confidence, coordination, and creativity through movement. Our instructors are certified in their respective styles of dance and have years of experience teaching. We strive to make sure our students have a positive and enjoyable experience while learning to dance.

At Shine Dance Company, we want to make sure our students are having fun, while learning proper technique and form. We emphasize the importance of proper technique and form in order to ensure our students’ safety and success. Our instructors strive to provide a positive and encouraging atmosphere for our students. We also offer performance opportunities for our students, so they can showcase their skills and gain experience in the world of dance.

Classes

At Shine Dance Company, we offer a variety of classes for all ages and levels. Our classes include:

• Ballet: Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. Our classes focus on building strength and flexibility, while developing proper technique and form.

• Jazz: Jazz classes focus on developing coordination and musicality, while learning various jazz styles.

• Hip Hop: Our hip hop classes focus on developing rhythm and style, while learning popular hip hop moves.

• Tap: Tap classes focus on developing rhythm, coordination, and musicality, while learning various tap styles.

• Contemporary: Our contemporary classes focus on developing strength and flexibility, while exploring various contemporary styles.

• Private Lessons: We offer private lessons for those who want to learn more. Private lessons are tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.

Shine Dance Company is open Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
