Stayed on the 44th floor. Rooms are small (it's New York! 😊) but adequate for a single person or a couple. The room featured wall pictures from different iconic spots in New York which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very nice and responsive. No bottled water in the rooms but they are available on request. There was a very long line/wait to get seated for the breakfast buffet (maybe because it was Christmas day) but the selection was good and service was excellent.
Centrally located, a couple block walk from Central Park, couple block walk from times square. Rooms were clean, cleaning people came daily and did a really good job. I stayed for a week for a conference, catering for the party was good. Nice lobby, lots of elevators never had to wait long. Would stay here again. Photo attached is from the front steps looking toward times square. My room was on the 40th floor so noise was not an issue in the slightest.
Called the hotel 5 times to ask if there was a charge for an additional person in a room and everyone automatically transferred me to reservations and they kept saying I needed to speak to the hotel property and kept transferring me back and forth. However, Teresa answered the phone and kindly answered my call and question. She deserves recognition for the amazing customer service and knowledge of the hotel operations.
Awesome. Staff from the point you walk-in are great. Security, Check in, to the ladies that clean the rooms. Very customer friendly. Parking is terrible however, parking that is connected to hotel could not park truck because there elevator is broke, thus causing me to use parking garage across the street which is double/triple the cost of the hotel parking. I would recommend this hotel. Just don't bring a car.
