Can't speak to how well the ballet is here, but I would travel from three states away to have Devin O'Keefe do a tattoo for me. Even if you can't get in, stop in and see his studio. Very high-end, an incredible artist, not to mention one of the nicest human beings on earth. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if he was good at ballet too.

We had our daughter at other dance studios and Scranton Civic Ballet Company is by far the best for quality teaching, performances, and development of young dancers. She’s been there for over 4 years and has advanced so much and absolutely loves it!
