The Rose & Sword Academy of Irish Dance is a dance school located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Founded in 2002, the school has become one of the leading Irish dance schools in the United States.

Mission

At Rose & Sword Academy of Irish Dance, we strive to provide a safe and friendly environment for our students to learn and grow as dancers. We are dedicated to teaching our students the art of Irish dance, while also instilling a sense of respect, discipline, and self-confidence.

History

The Rose & Sword Academy of Irish Dance was founded in 2002 by Mary and John O’Connor. Mary and John had been dancing for many years and had a passion for Irish dance. They wanted to create a place where people could learn and enjoy Irish dance in a safe and friendly environment.

Since its founding, the school has grown and now has over 100 students. The school offers classes for all ages and abilities, from beginner to advanced. Students have the opportunity to learn traditional Irish dances, as well as modern Irish dances and choreography.

Teachers

The Rose & Sword Academy of Irish Dance is proud to have some of the best teachers in the United States. Our teachers are highly experienced and have many years of teaching experience. They are passionate about Irish dance and are dedicated to helping our students reach their goals.

Classes

The Rose & Sword Academy of Irish Dance offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. Our classes include beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes for both children and adults. We also offer classes in choreography, technique, and performance.

Events

The Rose & Sword Academy of Irish Dance hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including performances, competitions, and workshops. Our events are open to the public and give our students the opportunity to showcase their talents and gain valuable experience.
