River Valley Dance Project is a unique dance studio. First of all, it's affordable. Second, they don't lock you into having to pay all year the way some studios do. You pay for what you want. Third, they offer so many different kinds of dance including the ultra fun Capoeira, and they have Yoga too. Lastly, there's no pressure. You don't have to feel like They are very inviting, warm and encouraging. I highly recommend RVDP, you will love it..

RVDP and it's instructors are awesome, I love the mission to build physical literacy. Allowing people to connect to their body and movement without judgement! I have regularly taken Yoga and Capoeira and feel more connected to my body and movement now, in my 40's, than at any other point in my life.
