Rhythm and Flo is Concord’s premier ballroom dance studio. Our instructors have years of experience teaching and competing in a variety of dance styles, including waltz, cha-cha, swing, tango, salsa, and more. We offer private lessons, group classes, and workshops for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced dancers. Whether you are looking to learn a new dance style or refine your existing skills, Rhythm and Flo has something for everyone.

Our Classes

We offer a variety of classes for all skill levels. Our beginner classes focus on the basics of each dance style, while our more advanced classes focus on more intricate moves. We also offer workshops to help our students refine their skills and learn more advanced techniques.

Schedule

Our classes are held Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm. We also offer private lessons by appointment.
