Amazing location between Chelsea and Nomad. Largest king size room in Manhattan between 24-30 Square meters with dream views over the Empire State Building & the Hudson yards from floors 30-36.Expect some conflicts as it is a new hotel but you will forget everything as hotel staff is super friendly! In spring time an amazing roof top will be open! Ps: less than 10 minutes walk two of the best options for breakfast & coffee in Manhattan.Ralph’s coffee & Sullivan bakery.
Excellent. Traveled here for our second time this year and we celebrated our wedding anniversary! Traveling w/ kids is never easy and both are under 5… Shawna and Autumn at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home and comfortable as soon as we walked in! Thank you for making this stay so special and exceeding our expectations for what we thought our anniversary was going to be like with kids .. this was 5 out of 5 thanks to you both.
We reserved a large suite and six other rooms for four nights for our daughter's wedding!! The experience was PERFECT!!! We used the suite as a family gathering place for the entire weekend– 6 small kids and 7 plus adults! We had hair, make-up, deliveries happening, while the kids played all over the place. It was heaven and we will always remember this experience! ALL our thanks to Paul Li and his entire staff! We could not have asked for more!!
Stayed just this past weekend and had a 5-star experience. I had accidentally booked at the midtown location and found myself in the lobby of this Chelsea Renaissance with no reservation… Tanner at the front desk was excellent- he immediately helped us book a king room and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a high floor room with views of the Empire State Building. Staff were all friendly, room was clean and perfect for what we needed.
