Remix Dance Academy is a dance company located in Marshalltown, Iowa. It is dedicated to providing quality instruction and education in all forms of dance, from ballet to hip-hop. The Academy offers classes for all ages and levels, from beginner to advanced.

History

Remix Dance Academy was founded in 2002 by Marshalltown native, Joe Smith. Joe had a passion for dance and wanted to share his knowledge and experience with the community. He created Remix Dance Academy to provide a place for people to come together and learn the art of dance.

Mission

Remix Dance Academy’s mission is to provide quality instruction and education in all forms of dance, from ballet to hip-hop. We strive to create an environment that is safe and welcoming to all, regardless of age, gender, or ability level. Our goal is to inspire and empower our students to express themselves through movement.

Classes

Remix Dance Academy offers a variety of classes for all ages and levels, from beginner to advanced. Our classes are designed to help our students improve their technique, build confidence, and become more comfortable with their bodies. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, contemporary, and more.

Events

Remix Dance Academy hosts a variety of events throughout the year. We host regular showcases and performances to give our students the opportunity to show off their skills and have fun. We also host special workshops and master classes with guest instructors from all over the world.

Faculty

Remix Dance Academy’s faculty is comprised of experienced and professional instructors. Our instructors are passionate about dance and are dedicated to helping our students reach their goals. Our instructors are highly trained and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

Location

Remix Dance Academy is located at 2500 S Center St Suite 410, Marshalltown, IA 50158. We are open Monday-Thursday from 4-9pm, and Saturday from 9am-12pm.
