Releve One Fitness and Dance Studios is a premier dance school located in Franklin, Tennessee, offering a wide range of classes and services. We specialize in all forms of dance from ballet to jazz, hip-hop, and modern. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with an array of amenities to meet the needs of all our students.

Classes and Services

At Releve One, we offer a wide variety of classes for all levels of dancers. Our beginner classes are designed to help new dancers build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of dance. We also offer classes for intermediate and advanced dancers, as well as classes for special occasions such as weddings and proms.

In addition to our dance classes, we also offer a variety of fitness classes and services. We have a full-service gym, personal trainers, Pilates and yoga classes, and more. Our goal is to help you reach your fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Amenities

Releve One is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your experience at our studio more enjoyable. We offer a spacious waiting area, private changing rooms, and a lounge area for relaxing between classes. We also have a full-service kitchen, complete with healthy snacks and drinks.

At Releve One, we strive to provide the highest quality instruction for all of our students. Our staff of experienced and certified instructors are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Our instructors are passionate about dance and are committed to helping you become the best dancer you can be.

Releve One is open Monday through Saturday from 6 AM to 9 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
