I took a special class, Empower hour with Cody and another instructor and it was so fun!! I was very intimated at first, but the more and more often I went the more comfortable it felt. Cody is such a fun, energetic instructor who breaks down the moves so you can follow along. I am soo excited for future classes. Cody is the Reel Deal 😉

If you've ever wanted to try out pole, there is no better place to do so in Billings. Cody is an amazing teacher who both encourages trying new things, but also knows how to strengthen and train safely to avoid injury. The studio is also a very open and welcoming place to people of all backgrounds, genders, and body types.

Took a special dance series with Cody and Sarah. It was fun, empowering, and great exercise. I will definitely take more classes in the future.
