Our classes are designed to help our students develop their physical awareness, physical fitness, and overall well-being.

We offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and tap. Our gymnastics classes include tumbling, trampoline, and rhythmic gymnastics. We also offer private lessons and workshops.

Our highly trained and experienced instructors are passionate about helping our students reach their goals. Our classes are designed to be fun and challenging, while also providing a safe and positive learning environment.

Our Facilities

At Physical Awareness & Gymnastic fromHamlet, we have a state-of-the-art facility. Our facility includes a large dance studio, a gymnastics center, and a gymnastics club. Our dance studio is equipped with a full sound system, a wide variety of props, and a sprung floor. Our gymnastics center includes a full-sized trampoline, a tumbling mat, and a variety of bars and beams. Our gymnastics club offers a wide variety of classes and workshops.

At Physical Awareness & Gymnastic fromHamlet, we have a highly trained and experienced staff of instructors and coaches. Our instructors are passionate about helping our students reach their goals. We also have a team of administrative staff who are dedicated to providing our students with the best possible experience.
