Introduction to Peridance Center

Peridance Center is a renowned dance school, dance company, and performing arts theater located in New York City, New York. Founded in 1983, Peridance Center has been providing quality dance instruction and performances for over 35 years.

Peridance Center was founded in 1983 by Artistic Director Igal Perry. The school was created with the mission of providing high-quality instruction in a variety of dance styles, including jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and ballet.

Since its inception, Peridance Center has become renowned for its commitment to excellence in dance instruction and performance. The school has been awarded numerous awards, including the New York Dance and Performance Award (Bessie) for Outstanding School in 2005, and the Princess Grace Award for Excellence in Dance in 2006.
