I am so happy to rate this place! PARTY CITY Customer Service, especially, REPRESENTATIVE Maxine, "MAX" were ALL AMAZING!!!!! I was able to order and pick-up the last minute balloons for my anniversary. Miles, on RALPH AVE is very mature, responsible, respectful and reliable!!!! BUT…THE security guard that night, … WOW! Security company is a separate entity from PARTY CITY! But that mall-cop/ robo-cop did the MOST to me for no reason on my ANNIVERSARY!!! Thank you again to PARTY CITY!!!

I read with one review that the people at this site was mean, and no manners, so I don't know about all the employees, but Takiyra, and another young lady that I forgot to get the name of, went above and beyond friendly to me, times are hard and funds are low, so them being considerate and Understanding when I returned packages that are usually unreturnable even unused was ver kind. So thank U so much, kindness shown to bring in my New Year. God bless..

I worked at party city for this past Halloween season. The store manager C was an amazing woman. Na My and Ph were super nice and genuinely nice individuals. Abbreviation of names to keep the creeps away. This store was always cleaned nightly after long nights of customers destroying the place. This 2022 Halloween season was filled with good memories and laughter. Looking forward to get a call back next season.

The store was well stocked all kinds of party materials and accessories. Store aisle are very clean and spacious for customers to shop without stress. There are sufficient shopping carts and baskets for customers. Store associates are very knowledgeable and possess great customer service. Store parking lott is of high standard and very spacious.
