I've taken some aerial silk classes here and it is a ton of fun and a great workout! I was a little worried I would be in over my head but the beginner class was perfect to just walk in and start. By the end of it I was able to do a lot more things than I would have thought possible! I would definitely take more classes here. I would also recommend them for small groups To go together or for a whole private party, I think it would be a hit for bachelorette (or bachelor's) parties.

I really appreciate that the studio is still requiring masks & taking covid seriously. I like to be able to workout stress free & just focus on moving my body in new ways instead of worrying if the person next to me is carrying the delta & is going to infect me which in turn will infect the children & babies I care for. It’s nice to have a place that understands that children can’t be vaccinated yet & our lives outside of the studio also matter. Thanks so much.

Ophidia Studio is the absolute best!! I love their shows!! Such amazingly talented group!! It is always an enjoyable atmosphere when I am at the studio and the instructors, dancers, and owner – Emilie Dickinson are all very sweet, welcoming, and accommodating to your skill set, talent, and ability. I will recommend this studio to everyone!!

Amazing studio! I had never taken a pole fitness class before and everyone at Ophidia has made me feel so welcome. The instructors are amazing, super knowledgeable, professional and fun! It's such a warm welcoming environment, Emilie the studio owner has cultivated such an amazing space that everyone can feel free to express themselves!
