Found this gem of a store as we were visiting Southern CA and was looking for a place that specifically for ballerina gear. My daughter was in heaven in this shop as she loved the selection of clothing. Note: what we appreciate the most is that the leotards selected had good "coverage" meaning that the ones she usually finds requires her to wear a sport bra with her leotard. She was excited to find gear that doesn't require her to do so.
Incredible dance shop with so many options. I just took my daughter for the first time (9 yr old ballet dancer) and it was awesome! So many options for her (especially in black which is all she can wear at the moment.) The prices are totally reasonable too and it was so nice to have her be able to try them on. It’s the only place we will go now. It’s a drive from Long Beach but totally worth it.
Pointe shoe fitter is very knowledgeable but i appreciated how she listened to my input, as my shoe looked too tight, but felt great to me. They have a great range of brands in tights, leotards, and shoes. They also sell some small business products I never would have know about otherwise. Great costumer service, incredibly friendly, and adorable atmosphere.
Great selection! Great staff!! And reasonably priced as dance is already an investment. I was in the area for a competition and my daughter of course forgets her tap shoes. Ugh!! However, in a way I am happy she did. I met gracious staff and got some new comp wear. Oh let's not forget the tap shoes. Thanks again to the Team at On Ponite.
