Noyes School of Rhythm is a school of dance located in Portland, Connecticut. Founded in 1996, the school has been providing quality dance instruction to students of all ages and levels of experience. The school offers a variety of dance classes, including Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Hip-Hop, Salsa, and more.

History

Noyes School of Rhythm was founded in 1996 by professional dancer and choreographer, Robert Noyes. He had a vision to create a school that would provide quality dance instruction to people of all ages and levels of experience.

At the time, there were few places in Connecticut that offered quality dance instruction, and Robert wanted to fill that gap. He opened Noyes School of Rhythm with the goal of providing a welcoming and supportive environment for people to learn and grow as dancers.

Since then, Noyes School of Rhythm has become one of the premier dance schools in the United States. The school has been featured in numerous publications, and Robert has been honored with awards from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Connecticut Arts Council.

Classes

Noyes School of Rhythm offers a variety of dance classes for all levels of experience. The classes range from beginner to advanced, and include Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Hip-Hop, Salsa, and more.

The school also offers private lessons and group classes. Private lessons are tailored to the individual’s needs and are available for any style of dance. Group classes are designed to be fun and social, and are offered in a variety of styles.

Faculty

Noyes School of Rhythm is staffed by a team of experienced and dedicated instructors. The faculty is comprised of professional dancers and choreographers who are passionate about teaching and helping students reach their full potential. The instructors are highly trained and experienced in their respective styles of dance, and are committed to providing a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Noyes School of Rhythm is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
