Ms. Jay is one of the best… if not the best dance instructor in Westchester County. I have taken a few of her classes, but my favorite has to be the "Afrobeats Dance Fitness Class" she teaches. Her energy and ability to make everyone in the class feel comfortable no matter your fitness level or dance history is out of this world. We were having so much fun, I think we actually went over time for approx 15 minutes. New Beginnings Performing Arts Studio is the place to be!
