Maximum Performance Dance (MPD) is a dance school, dance company, and gymnastics center located in Stirling, New Jersey. Founded in 2008 by professional dancers and choreographers, MPD has become one of the most respected and well-known dance schools in the United States.

Mission Statement

MPD’s mission is to provide a safe and encouraging environment where students can learn and grow as dancers. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of instruction and training in a positive and supportive atmosphere. We strive to help our students reach their fullest potential as dancers and performers.

Classes and Programs

MPD offers a variety of classes and programs for students of all ages and abilities. We specialize in teaching a variety of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and ballroom. We also offer gymnastics classes, as well as classes for pre-professional and competitive dancers.

Our classes are taught by experienced and highly qualified instructors who are passionate about teaching and helping our students reach their goals. We also offer private lessons, summer programs, and special events throughout the year.

Facilities

MPD is housed in a state-of-the-art facility with four large studios and a full-service gym. Our facility is equipped with the latest in dance and gymnastics equipment, including floor-to-ceiling mirrors, sprung floors, and barres.

We also have a full-service pro shop that offers the latest in dancewear and accessories. Our pro shop is staffed by knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always available to help you find the perfect outfit for class or performance.

MPD is proud to partner with some of the leading organizations in the dance industry, including Dance Masters of America, the National Dance Education Organization, and Dance/USA. We are also proud to be a member of the Stirling Arts Council.
