Mainstream Dance Academy is a premier dance school located in Mt Laurel Township, New Jersey. Founded in 1998 by dancer and choreographer, Angie Smith, Mainstream Dance Academy offers a wide range of classes and activities for students of all ages and abilities.

About Mainstream Dance Academy

Mainstream Dance Academy is dedicated to providing quality dance instruction in a safe and encouraging environment. We offer classes in all styles of dance including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, acrobatics and more. We also offer classes in ballroom dancing, as well as private lessons for those who wish to refine their technique.

At Mainstream Dance Academy, we believe that dance should be accessible to everyone. Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all students, regardless of experience level or ability. We strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and support, and to foster a sense of camaraderie among our dancers.

Our Facilities

Mainstream Dance Academy offers a variety of facilities to accommodate our students. Our main studio is a spacious facility with sprung floors, mirrored walls, and a sound system. We also have a smaller studio for private lessons and small group classes. Our dance hall is perfect for special events and performances, and our dance store offers a wide selection of dancewear and accessories.

Our Programs

Mainstream Dance Academy offers a variety of classes and programs for students of all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire our dancers, while also providing a safe and encouraging environment.

We offer classes for preschoolers, children, teens, and adults. We also have a special program for high school and middle school students, as well as a performing arts group and a performing arts theater.

Our Events

Mainstream Dance Academy hosts a variety of events throughout the year. We host special workshops, performances, and competitions, as well as social events and parties. Our events are open to the public, and we invite everyone to come and join us!
