Very Large Macy's with an outdoor parking lot and a parking structure. Remember where you came from when you walk in so you dont get lost. Mostly organized in the morning hours, but in the afternoon the crowds tend to tear the place apart and the staff sometimes has trouble keeping up with the mess left. Very nice and helpful cashiers, helped with trying to maximize my Star coupon usage. Furniture department also has very nice and helpful sales reps, I would recommend the store for sure

This is a large Macy's with multiple levels. It has a large selection to choose from. The clothes are very organized and easy to look through. There were no racks overstuffed causing you to fight through them to see what was on them. The dressing room is kept neat and there is no limit to the amount of items you may bring inside. On my visit, the checkout line was very short so I didn't have to wait very long to pay for my items. Very nice store.

I went to the Estee Lauder counter at Macy's, because I needed help finding my Double Wear foundation shade. Germania Ortega was amazing. She was professional, friendly, patient and an expert in finding my perfect shade. Her make up looked beautiful so I knew she was the one to help me. Go see her for any of your Estee Lauder needs. It really was a pleasure meeting her at this counter. Thank you Germania!

To be honest most workers at this location are snotty and unhelpful but Debra aka Debby in the fragrance section was lovely. Debra assisted me in choosing a perfume for myself. I wanted to exchange a gift (perfume) I received that I already owned and she went above and beyond to make sure the exchange went through. Thank you for the great customer service. If you go there ask for Debra
