Arrived at Lowes May 13th very late in the evening and a sales representative by the name of Diomedes provided exceptional customer service. I was looking for a specific bathroom vanity and mirror. Diomedes took his time to answer all my questions, provide measurements and discuss vanities in stock. We were so impressed with the exceptional customer service that I wanted to ensure he is recognized. If you are remodeling your bathroom, ask for Diomedes as he will be a resource. Thank you Lowes.

This Lowes store was experiencing increased demand as a result of storm Isaias… some customers were very impatient. Ricardo, the supervisor on duty, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, remaining calm and collected throughout. He patiently responded to multiple inquiries and handled everyone’s requests in turn. When he got to my requests, he guided me to the right products… and offered a creative solution after one of the items was out of stock. Stellar customer service!

Whether online or in store, they just have everything I've ever needed. They NEED to work on customer help reps as sometimes it can be busy or all of sudden be like a ghost town empty and you've wondered where all the employees have gone, but it's to be expected, all of these stores are like that, but I do hate it. Even with that take away, it's not fair for me to do less than five stars if I'm smiling when I get what I want. That's what really counts at the end of the day.

Adrian at the Customer Service desk was extremely helpful. He checked if the "Schlage Connect Smart Deadbolt" was in back storage. Unfortunately, there weren't anymore. Rather than tell us to check online, he checked for us. He helped us create an online account and purchase one at a nearby store, so that it would be ready for pick up! We appreciate your great service Adrian 🙂 Had a bad experience last year but things really seemed to have changed at this location.
