I love this place; the classes are amazing and full of energy. Lorena, her owner and Zumba instructor is an inspiration to go forward and keep moving no matter what. 🙂 She is always bringing up new activities to keep her students update on different styles that fitness is offering now days. If you love working out and have fun at the same time, you definitely have to GO!! to this place! First class is free!!!! ohh have kids? no problem you can bring them to class too!

My son was having a terrible time in the aftercare program at his school with bullying. I was very skeptical about having an outside company pick him up. But Armando and Lorena were extremely understanding and patient with us. It has now been a few months and my son loves it so much that he wants to go to their summer camp and signed up for foot ball through them. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an actual program for children.

Great place for kids! it is family oriented, everybody is very friendly and treat the kids and parents like friends. My daughter loves to dance so she enjoy the program from the beginning but my son was not the dancing type. After just weeks, with help of their staff, he was dancing and enjoying music like never before!!! Armando, Lorena, her mom and the rest of the staff are the best, THANK YOU!!!

Love this place!!! I took my son here for the aftercare program and he is so happy, everyday he can't wait to be at LDF, just to be involved in all the activities they have, he does not stop talking about everyone in there and how nice they are!!! I also take Zumba classes and I felt the difference in my energy and moods 😀. Best place to exercise.👍👍👍
