Kolotov Ballet Studio is a premier ballet school located in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. Founded in 2003, Kolotov Ballet Studio is dedicated to providing the highest quality ballet instruction to students of all ages and levels.

Mission

Kolotov Ballet Studio is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for our students to learn and grow. We strive to provide the best ballet education possible, while instilling a love of dance and the performing arts.

Faculty

Kolotov Ballet Studio is proud to have a highly qualified faculty of professional dancers and teachers. Our faculty members have extensive experience in both teaching and performing, and are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential.

Programs

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers a variety of programs for students of all ages and levels. Our programs include:

Classical Ballet

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers a comprehensive classical ballet program. Students receive instruction in the Vaganova method of ballet, and are taught the fundamentals of ballet technique, including proper posture, alignment, and movement.

Contemporary Dance

Kolotov Ballet Studio also offers a contemporary dance program. Students learn the basics of contemporary dance technique, as well as choreography and improvisation.

Jazz Dance

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers a jazz dance program. Students learn the fundamentals of jazz technique, as well as the basics of jazz choreography and improvisation.

Tap Dance

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers a tap dance program. Students learn the fundamentals of tap technique, as well as the basics of tap choreography and improvisation.

Hip-Hop Dance

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers a hip-hop dance program. Students learn the fundamentals of hip-hop technique, as well as the basics of hip-hop choreography and improvisation.

Musical Theater

Kolotov Ballet Studio also offers a musical theater program. Students learn the fundamentals of musical theater technique, as well as the basics of musical theater choreography and improvisation.

Performances

Kolotov Ballet Studio hosts a variety of performances throughout the year. These performances range from student showcases to professional performances.

Classes

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers classes for students of all ages and levels. Our classes include:

Beginner Ballet

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers beginner ballet classes for students ages 3-5. These classes introduce students to the basics of classical ballet technique.

Intermediate Ballet

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers intermediate ballet classes for students ages 6-12. These classes build on the basics of classical ballet technique, and introduce students to more advanced concepts.

Advanced Ballet

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers advanced ballet classes for students ages 13 and up. These classes focus on refining technique and building strength and stamina.

Adult Ballet

Kolotov Ballet Studio offers adult ballet classes for students ages 18 and up. These classes are designed to help students of all levels improve their technique and develop a deeper understanding of ballet.

Dance Store

Kolotov Ballet Studio also has a dance store, which offers a wide selection of dancewear and accessories.

Performing Arts Theater

Kolotov Ballet Studio also has a performing arts theater, which hosts a variety of performances throughout the year.

Kolotov Ballet Studio is open Monday through Friday from 4-8:45 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM-4 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
